What matters to me in software.

A useful application starts with a real problem. I care about understanding who will use it, the constraints they face, and what the software should make easier. Those needs guide my technical choices.

I value readable code, clear responsibilities, and solutions that remain straightforward to maintain. Whether I’m choosing a framework or integrating an AI service, I want the added complexity to serve a concrete purpose.

From understanding the constraints to handing over the application, I work in focused steps with regular checks and feedback.

Understand

I clarify the problem, the users, and the expected outcome. I take time to understand the scope, budget, deadlines, and technical constraints before starting development.

Plan & Architect

I define priorities, the data model, and how the application’s parts fit together. I choose tools and a structure that suit the project’s constraints and future maintenance.

Build Iteratively

I develop in iterations and use AI agents to assist with exploration, coding, and reviews. I check their suggestions, test key functionality, and adjust the product based on feedback.

Deliver & hand over

I prepare deployment and explain how to use the application. I provide documentation, walk through key workflows, and clarify maintenance and next steps so the team can take it forward.
